I am a fully qualified Reiki Master & mobile Holistic Therapist. I am also a practitioner of Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles. I also have a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates. I have been practising holistic therapies since 2000 and have always had a real affinity & passion for health & well being & all things holistic. As a Neals Yard Remedies Consultant too, I like to use their products wherever possible in my treatments clients can also buy Neals Yard products direct from me for home use. As a mum of 2 children, I know all about how stressful & hectic life can be and how important it is to look after your well being to minimise the impact of a busy life. Holistic Therapies can offer an effective way to do this with so many health benefits. It also provides you with the chance to relax, unwind and get that all important 'you' time that is always so invaluable. Today has just been heartbreaking 💔. Today we have had to say our goodbyes to our beautiful Prince and a true Prince he was. 16 years full of beautiful memories and so many photos. The house just isn’t going to be the same without you 🐾. Sweet dreams our beautiful boy - we are all going to miss you so much and love you loads ### 💔🐾🐶💕🌈
