Janey and her beautiful space are such a tonic in an otherwise crazy and pressured time. Hello there lovely people,
How are you doing? It’s been a strange couple of years for a lot of people and I am feeling the call to bring people together again and connect with our breath.
I am just reaching out to let you know I am going to start my group breathing circles in my garden once again. The next one being on Tuesday 15th Feb at 6.30pm.
Come to Breathe, Rest and Restore your mind, body and soul.
Experience the power of combining conscious connected breathing, sound bath and the natural elements in the safely held space of my beautiful garden.
These have been unsettled times, so more than ever we need to give ourselves time to look after our well being.
Breathing:
Breathwork is a gentle and beautiful way to delve deep into our inner world. Through conscious connected breathing you can enter a deeply relaxed mediative state where you give yourself the time, space and stillness to connect with the subtleties in your body, relax your system and let inner processes flow.
Our breath’s infinite intelligence helps bring clarity, where we can let go of what might be holding us back, open up to new possibilities, connect with ourselves on a deeper level, leaving us feeling re-energised and re-connected with the joy of our own truth.
Sound:
Sound permeates the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. It helps us align imbalances through resonance of vibration and frequencies. The instruments used in the sound bath help to deeply relax the body and they lower the brain wave activity allowing for integration of mind, body and spirit.
I feel that by combining these two modalities creates a rich space for deep, gentle and powerful healing.
During the two hour session you will have time to relax and settle into the space before coming together as a group where we will meet and be gently introduced to conscious connected breathing. You will then find your own space to lay down and I will support you through an hour breathing session where I will use my instruments to provide a sound bath for you to help facilitate your journey.
I hold a nurturing space where you will be supported through any emotions or questions that might arise. At the end of the session I will provide tea and there will be time to come together to reflect on your breathe and integrate anything that may have arisen for you.

My morning swim today💫
I totally love my regular cold water swims in the local river. When breathing gently and slowly through my nose I can over come the cold and feel just so alive🎉!! It is amazing what the breath can help us over come.

The abundance I found on my walk this morning🧡
🍂Today is autumn equinox, when the earth is perfectly in balance, the same amount of daylight hours as night time💫. Take time to bring your body and mind back into balance by slowly and gently breathing in through your nose and then slowly and gently out through your nose. Aim for roughly 6 seconds in and 6 seconds out. 🍁🍄🍂🧡

The power of integrative breathwork through conscious connected breathing.
For thousands of years ancient traditions have used conscious breathing for health, strength and spiritual practices. Studies have shown Consicious breathing has a direct effect on our physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing and can be the key to reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and PTSD.
Conscious breathing is a powerful and safe technique that helps us delve into the deeper aspects of ourselves. It facilitates the connection to our own innate wisdom and facilitating the ability to open up to higher levels of consciousness and allowing us to go deeper into our inner resources. A clarity of thoughts and beliefs are often brought to the surface which helps with the decisions we can then make to live a life with more abundance and joy. Breathing acts as a bridge between the conscious and the uncounsious, between the mind and the memories stored in our bodies. It can bring about an awareness to see unhelpful belief patterns that we have built up about ourselves and by identifying them we can take responsibility to change these thought processes and dissolve the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves.
In today’s busy world we often don’t give our bodies and minds the attention they need through rest and restorative processes. During a Breathwork session I create a safe and nurturing environment which will allow your body and mind to fully relax and sink into this amazing process, while I give you personal attention and support.
Also, For the past 20 years I have worked with young children. I am passionate about the well being of ourselves, our children and our teenagers. Through integrating my skills as a Breathwork practitioner, Early years specialist, Artist and Forest school teacher I offer individual and group sessions tailoring them specifically to meet your your child’s needs.
When working with children, I incorporate fun creative activities from painting on large canvases to building fires together. This helps build their confidence and self esteem while relaxing into the creative process. This often allows the space for them to express any worries, anxiety or stress which they may be feeling, we can then gently work together where I will introduce breathing and mindful techniques.
Your breath is free and with you all the time. I am passionate about helping you learn breathing techniques you can take home with you and have as lifelong tools.
