Last weekend at The Space Retreat, Torbay — a gentle unraveling, connection and remembering.

Held in beautiful space by Leanne at and Helen Pinkett of , guided through a powerful sound journey with Gemm — sound therapist & educator, we were invited to slow down… and listen.

The sea, the harbour, the rhythm of water — all part of the medicine.

Sound moving through the body.
Gentle yoga releasing tension.
Salt air clearing the mind.
Space to land back into ourselves.

So grateful for the container, the people, and the reminder that rest, resonance and reconnection are not luxuries — they are necessities.
