DONE!!!

113 pages and 160,000 words, I am thrilled to have completed the Vitality Day Spa training manual.

It’s safe to say I don’t thrive off of working in front of a screen…but…the task is completed, and now all future members of our team have EVERYTHING they need to become an expert in all things Vitality!

Christmas Lights Night here in Bradford on Avon ⭐️

A magical night to remember, an evening where all local businesses stay open late to spread festive joy, and bring together the community.

Today I would like to highlight our wonderful Spa Assistant Diana.

Diana is the youngest member of our team, but her maturity, driven mindset and work ethic are far beyond her years.

Following her hugely impressing us after carrying out her work experience with us last year, we didn’t hesitate to contact her when a Saturday position arose here at Vitality, and we were thrilled when she accepted our invitation to join our Vitality family.

Having had no previous experience in the spa industry and still completing her school studies, Diana has amazed us with her ability to pick up knowledge of our treatments and products, and engage wonderfully with our clients whilst managing reception duties and helping her fellow team.

Diana’ sheer determination and want to learn is something that is greatly admired, and despite only being in three days a month, when I have my catch ups with her to see how she is getting in, she does nothing but praise her fellow team members and comment on how much she enjoys her time with us.

Thank you for leaping into the deep end and joining us on our Vitality journey Diana, we are all so grateful for you!
