The festive season is certainly a wonderfully magical time; however, you can be left utterly exhausted afterwards, not to mention the toll the cold weather has on your skin. So, we are thrilled to introduce our next seasonal treatment REST & RECOVER. Maximum relaxation and indulgence are to be expected, with a warm massage oil infused with red mandarin and frankincense, a deeply nourishing treatment for the scalp and hair, drenching hydration for the lips and around the eyes, as well as gentle exfoliation and comforting cotton wrap for the hands & feet. Plenty of soothing hot compresses are included in this beautiful treatment, not to mention ample loosening massage, especially for around the shoulders and neck, and to top it all off, a nurturing facial to finish off this exceptionally restoring experience.

CONGRATULATIONS KIKI!!!!

She has passed her Intensive Massage Therapy training, the hardest treatment to learn for all Spa Therapists here at Vitality.

Kiki took to this treatment wonderfully, and despite to sheer level of in depth practical and theory involved, her eagerness, determination, an enthusiasm made her and absolute pleasure to teach and mentor.

Well done Kiki, we are all immensely proud of you 🤩

HAPPY THURSDAY!!

A few reminders and updates:

1. We will be closed from 5pm on Christmas Eve until 9am on January 2nd.

2. I will still be in the spa during weekdays over Christmas to answer queries, take bookings or organise gift vouchers, we just aren’t open for treatments.

3. We will no longer be offering treatments on late nights on Mondays from January 2026, however existing bookings are of course still going ahead as scheduled.

4. There will be a small price increase from January 2026, so we encourage people to schedule in their bookings for January or February now to save yourself a few pennies.

As we approach the end of the year, I can’t help but look back to this time last year, and smile at how far my incredible girlies have come.

The friendships, laughter, memories, support, fun, milestones, personal and professional triumphs that we have all collectively experienced as a team have been truly remarkable.

I am grateful for each and every one of my team, and count my blessings every single day for the sheer, remarkable young women that they all are.

Thank you ladies for making Vitality the wonderful place that it is.

WHAT A NIGHT!!!!

Thank you to absolutely EVERYONE who came and joined in our festive celebrations 🎄🥂🎁

It’s was a truly exceptional evening, and I must say I could not be PROUDER of my exceptional team, my girlies out did themselves, so thank you to all of you for being the absolute angels that you are.

We have been raising funds for all year, and will continue to do so over the next month, though last night, thanks to everyone’s kindness and generosity, we were able to raise an additional £618 🙌 our gratitude couldn’t possibly be put into words.

Christmas is now in full swing for us all here at Vitality!!!!!

We are a new family run business based at 8 Market Street in Bradford On Avon, Wiltshire. We offer 5* luxury, holistic spa therapies at affordable prices. Our therapist has much experience in the spa industry, and used to be a Senior Spa Therapist at Thermae Bath Spa, and the aim is to bring on more staff in the new year, in order to expand as a business and help with local employment.

Our products are 100% natural, cruelty free, and our packaging is eco friendly. We source our products from the Natural Spa Factory, which is a local company based in Bath. It is our strong belief that sourcing from local businesses, and helping with local trade is hugely important and can have endless benefits for many people.

We strive to make Vitality Day Spa gender neutral as both men and women are in need to de-stress, relax and indulge in a a bit of luxury from time to time. Our treatments include many forms of massage, such as bamboo, aromatherapy, hot stones, pregnancy massage and natural candle massage, as well as facial and scrub therapies.

The end goal for any client wishing to visit us, is that they leave the spa completely and utterly relaxed, feeling pampered, and not having had to make a big dent in their bank accounts. We hope to welcome tourists, returning clients and even those just passing through, into the spa.
