I look forward to helping you on your wellness journey, through Massage Therapy, Facials , Bellabaci Cup Therapy, Mindfulness/Guided Meditation āš–ļø Sensory Lava Shell MassagešŸš Indian Head Massage (30 mins)
A seated therapy, massaging the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp, hair and face. This is a relaxing treatment which stimulates oxygen to the upper body, eliminating toxins. Oriental Face Massage (60 mins)
Also known as the ā€˜natural facelift therapyā€™. One session leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed with improved circulation. Several sessions improve muscle tone, tightening the skin, leaving you with a glowing complexion. Express Facial (30 mins)
A taster of the treatment above that will leave you feeling refreshed. Heavenly Relaxation ā€“ back, neck, shoulder massage and facial (60 mins)
An hour of pampering, just allow yourself to relax and stress to melt away. Back, neck and shoulder massage (30 mins)
A relaxing or invigorating massage with oils advised by the therapist. Executive Head Massage includes foot massage (60 mins)
As the Indian Head Massage above, with a relaxing foot massage, helps to clear the mind and increase creativity. Swedish Body Massage (60 mins)
A full body massage with oils, tailored to the client, this may be relaxing or invigorating. Lower leg & foot massage (30 mins)
A wonderful therapy after a long walk. Deep Tissue / Remedial Massage ā€“ (30/60 mins)
An advanced massage, targeting a specific problem area, giving relief to muscular pain. Bellabaci Cup Therapy - add an additional Ā£4 to the above treatments to benefit from this amazing new lymphatic drainage cupping therapy. Mindfulness, Body Scan, Guided Meditation - sessions including Resilience through Positive Psychology creating Health through Happiness ļæ½
