One or two weeks does not matter out of 52! We might all be feeling sluggish, like we’ve over eaten and a bit guilty with the overindulgence of the festivities. For now, enjoy time with friends and family.

When the time is right… Zen will be here waiting for you. But in the meantime please enjoy guilt free. This period does not ruin the whole year of hard work you have put in!

Meditation is the ‘Art of Being’, it’s not about doing anything, controlling or trying to get anywhere but the act of meditating has such a transformational impact all levels of our being.

For me, the true purpose of meditation is to connect with ourselves, so we cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and of the present moment where there is complete absence of anything, just isness.

A biproduct of meditation brings:

- A calmer more balanced mind
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Improved focus and attention
- Improved sleep
- Being happy for no apparent reason
Science has proven that regular meditation can have powerful long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate our rest-and-digest system and begin the process of ushering our body back to a more natural and calm state. Our body begins to heal and grows stronger and more resilient.

Excuse the radio silence. We have been having the most wonderful adventures up the Atlas Mountains.
We’ve cried, we’ve worked hard, we’ve met wonderful people and gone through every emotion possible, whilst sleep and oxygen deprived. We’ve eaten all the food, appreciated the simpler things in life and learned lots!

Very grateful to share this with the most amazing people.

Full class schedule resumes at Zen from Monday.
