WE'RE HIRING!

We're looking for a facilitator with proven experience of working in the mental health sector, to join our sessions!

The facilitator will help run our mindful art session which runs 4.30pm-5.45pm, making artwork with the individuals!

Afterwards 5.30-6.45pm we have our speak in club talking session

Come and join us this evening

Join us this evening for two of our fantastic wellbeing sessions! Mindful Art and The Speak In Club!

Mindful Art runs at 4.30-5.45pm! We enjoy arts based activities together in a nice creative environment with no pressure to create anything in-particular!

The Speak In Club runs 5.30-6.45, so there is a little overlap between the sessions and many participants attend both! We chat and talk about our weeks and anything on our minds whilst remaining positive and we practice mindfulness!
