A great post from Willow bridge cafe highlighting the work of Liberated Life around trauma and anxiety support.
To us as a practice it’s an important conversation because mental health and oral health are closely linked.
We regularly see how stress and anxiety can contribute to:
• Tooth grinding (bruxism)
• Gum inflammation
• Avoidance of appointments
• Reduced self-care routines
Creating safe, supportive environments across our community matters — whether that’s in a café, a therapy setting or a dental practice.
In dentistry, patient safety isn’t just clinical. It’s psychological too.
Open conversations reduce fear.
Understanding reduces avoidance.
Safe spaces improve health outcomes.
Well done to local businesses keeping this conversation visible.
✨ Supporting Local Wellbeing ✨
A huge thank you to Liberated Life for giving our café a shout out on their page 🙌
They do amazing work helping people overcome trauma and anxiety through hypnotherapy and mindset support — real root-cause healing right here in Bingley!
We truly believe wellbeing isn’t just therapy sessions… it’s also taking time out, having a proper chat (which we love to do 😅) enjoying good food and a calm space to breathe. That’s what we aim to offer every day in our little café.
Two local businesses, both passionate about helping people feel better in their own way ❤️
Please go and give Liberated Life a follow and show them some support.
