Good morning everyone.
I'm so sorry I have been very quiet on here but I really hit a new level of knowledge of part of my own mental health journey yesterday just by watching the attached video and had to share.
I have been diagnosed now by two different psychiatrists in the past year and a half I have bipolar 2.
Since this diagnosis, I have just thought I was broken. I started distancing myself from loved ones and my social life was in tatters because I didn't think I deserved people close to me. I didn't want to influence them negatively.
Since watching this video - my perspective has changed. It can take one simple thing to change your perspective and give hope again and I really hope that for other people.
Knowledge is power and I hope I can influence this onto others.
