I contacted Glen and Jo from The mobile hearing clinic Ltd late in the evening as i was in a lot of discomfort with pressure from blocked ears and my hearing was severely affected. I was due to go on holiday the following day so was pleasantly surprised and so grateful that they responded and offered to fit me in to their schedule the following morning.
The service i received was amazing. Glen was so professional. He arrived as planned and he explained every step of the process clearly, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the appointment.
The actual procedure (irrigation and microsuction) was gentle, and completely painless. What really stood out was Glen's passion, determination and persistence to make sure his job was completed successfully before leaving.
Due to dodgy ear anatomy, I knew i would be a challenging patient but Glen was optimistic that he could help me and never complained when the appointment ran longer than expected.
Help me he certainly did!. —Following the procedure, the relief was immediate! I hadn’t realized just how much the blockage was affecting my mindset, hearing and comfort until it was gone. The experience for me has been transformative. If I could offer Glen and his company more than 5 stars I would. He has made me feel human again and i am so grateful..

I can highly recommend The mobile Hearing Clinic to anyone in need of ear care or audiology services. It was truly an excellent service and the results have been fantastic!
