🌟Swedish Massage - a gentle, relaxing massage that is perfect for reducing stress and tension in the body. It can also improve circulation and help you sleep better.
🌟Remedial Massage - a more targeted type of massage and can be used to relieve pain or muscle tension from injuries, chronic conditions or postural issues. It can also help improve mobility and flexibility.
🌟Pre and Post Natal Massage - designed specifically for mums to be and new mums. It helps ease pregnancy related aches and pains, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep quality. Post natal massage can aid in recovery from difficult births and help with postpartum depression.
🌟Sports Massage - a more vigorous type of massage that is ideal for athletes or those who are physically active. It can help to prevent injuries, improve range of motion, increase flexibility and speed up muscle recovery.
