As many of you know, I love learning new things and always enjoy updating my skills. I've had a keen interest in connective tissue subjects for a while now, and recently I got to dive even deeper into it. I traveled to little spot in Scotland called Pencaitland for some connective tissue release training. A weekend full of knowledge, enlightenment, evening beach walks, a visit to Rosslyn Chapel (which if you haven't already visited, you absolutely must!), a random Scotsman practising his bagpipes in the woods and bad hair!
For those unfamiliar, connective tissue release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that targets the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs — helping to release restrictions, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. It’s truly fascinating work!
I was genuinely blown away by the training, the depth of the subject, and my entire experience there. Thank you Toni Bate - Kinetic Chain Release KCR - East Lothian, Toni Bate 🥰
As most of you know I like to treat each client as they present at the time of the appointment, mixing up treatments accordingly; no two appointments are ever exactly the same. Some of you have already had a little taste of the benefits of CTR, and others have booked in for full sessions, with amazing results — either way, I’m excited to incorporate what I’ve learned to help you even more!
