Today session is up and running, come and join us on this glorious Sunday in our peaceful and tranquil site in the heart of the community.

Last week Our Guys enjoyed our smash burger station, making the own over the flames.

Last weekend David cooked a traditional beef stew, tato's nice and soft for Jim!!
Alan, (and his beautiful assistants) did a little site maintenance, removing a few dead / rotten branches.

Sessions are in all weathers, open to any adult male.

A few pictures from last week. The fire was hot last week, enough to turn an old nail into a glowing red beacon!! Rob cooked sausage casserole. David started to make a mini swedish log.

Sunday 26th April, looks like it is going to be fabulous weather, perfect to be sat round a roaring fire with a brew in hand...
plans are in hand and we will be there!!

We have been back on our site for just a few weeks and even though we are there one day a week, the guys have mucked in and the site is looking much better, last week a few of the guys did some mowing, wood splitting, kindling making, we split and stacked pallet wood and larger logs moved up to the top of site, ready for "the big axe"

We really appreciate the guys doing what they do!, thank you

BUT there is something in working together, volunteering a little of your time with others to achieve a common purpose, helps us feel valued and improves our own well-being...
sometimes we need to "do"
