I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently completed training in Brazilian MLD Massage combined with Wood Maderotherapy — an advanced treatment designed to support lymphatic drainage, enhance body contouring, and improve skin texture.

This isn’t just a standard massage — it’s a targeted treatment that can help sculpt and refine areas such as the tummy, legs, glutes, and even the face, leaving you feeling lighter and more toned.

Following the correct precare/aftercare gives the best results

⭐ Leaving the hair to grow 3-6 weeks allows the hair to grow enough for the wax to grab and to be removed thoroughly

⭐️ Exfoliating 10 days prior to your appointment helps remove any in growing hairs and helps the hair to be removed easier (pro tip - I also think this makes it less painful 😜)

⭐ Avoid shaving between appointments, this sets you back to the first wax (painful) and it can grow back uneven due to angles of razors!

⭐ Avoid touching the area after a wax, post wax solution will be applied which will help speed soothing of the area. Keep clothes loose on the area and avoid showing for 24hrs. Avoid saunas/steamrooms and sunbeds after a wax.

I want you gals to be silky smooth and bald as a coot! 😂

NEWS PT 2!! 🤩

I successfully passed my level 3 teacher training! This is something I’ve always wanted to do, pass on all the knowledge I’ve learnt over the last 17 years!
With Mollie going to school in September, I cannot wait to offer courses in subjects I love the most!! 😍

We finally are having the roof fixed! 🤩
