This is a strange post I know.

There was a time when I didn't trust or believe in myself enough to do anything or be anything other than that nervous, scared and down trodden victim that I had become, a lot to do with grief, COVID and a lifetime working in a very misogynistic industry.

The other day I tiled my splash back because I wanted to and was confident enough to give it a go, and look what I did, it was a piece of cake!

What I'd love you to believe is, wherever you are now, if it makes you unhappy and you don't want to be there anymore, you can find the strength, guidance and motivation to get out of that situation and be just brilliant!

Well, I've moved house and apparently it one of THE most stressful things you can do....no kidding!!!!

A few days ago, I needed therapy! 😂. But because I do what I do and I know what I know now, I'm back on top, in control and actually very excited for my future in spite of the fact that I have less than I'd probably like 🤣

All we have is this very moment and it up to us, how we choose to "spend" that moment.

Solution Focused is how I work and how my therapy works.

We will NEVER focus on what went wrong, it doesn't help. We will work on what we DO WANT (I'll help you with that) where we would like to be, what we would like to do if a miracle happened and our incredible brain can actually sort it out, with that bit of help.

Sounds incredible, well it is.
