This comes up quite a lot in therapy work. Having boundaries and knowing what you feel comfortable with is helpful in all relationships- a partner, work, friendships and family. These might need readjusting and thinking through at times.

I work with clients with or without a diagnosis. Coaching and support with neurodiversity. Psychotherapy to support mental health such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and more.
