Come down to our free Under 5's Family Event at Kensington Partnership today between 1pm - 4pm!

Parents & guardians with children aged 5 and under who are registered with us can come join us for a fun afternoon with face painting, balloons and advice about teething, eating, sleeping and keeping safe in the sun.

Meet our vaccination team and get your child up to date with their vaccines or speak to our social prescribers about what services and help they can offer.

We hope to see you there!

Engineers are currently working on fixing this and hope to be back shortly.

🏨 You might have received a GP Patient Survey through the post recently. This has been sent to a small, random selection of our patients and will happen at every GP Practice across the country.

➡️ The survey will ask you questions about your experiences with us, and includes questions about your general health, how easy it is to contact us, the quality of care recieved and some questions about NHS services when we are closed.

➡️ The survey is completely anonymous and none of your information is linked to your medical record. The survey can also be completed online with the code provided on your survey if you received one.

➡️ It's a really important chance to have your voice heard and help us improve!
