At his heaviest, Graham would wake up gasping for air – leaving him constantly exhausted 😴. Turning to food for comfort, he says his eating was out of control, putting him in a vicious cycle.

Dropping an incredible 11st 7lbs (73kg) completely changed Ray’s life… so much so that his own family didn’t recognise him!
