MYTH: to lose weight you must go hungry !!!
BUSTED: the point of Free Food is that Slimming World members never have to go hungry! Free Food is food that is low in energy density (calories per gram) and/or high in appetite satisfaction 😋
By filling your plate with Free Food - like fruit, vegetables, pulses, pasta, rice, eggs, fish and lean meat – you'll see the pounds drop off while feeling completely satisfied 🤩
