How far can you push yourself ?
15 speed punches, sprint, 10 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 9 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 8 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 7 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 6 Burpees...
Ect until you reach 0 Burpees!!
I'd also just like to write a little bit about weight loss and the gym. Recently I've began to notice... maybe thanks to social media and other outlets, that there is a perception that you can fast track weight loss and skip out on grafting hard at the gym and eating right by buying certain products. Nothing beats training hard and eating correctly, don't be afraid of getting sweaty and putting the effort in because this is how you get results. Don't be fooled by online claims, If it really worked everyone would have the body of a god without any graft. People need to stop making excuses and being too lazy to dedicate themselves to something. Fitness shouldn't be something you find scary and stressful, it should be what you enjoy. And if you really commit yourself it should be about your health, and well being; from getting the correct nutrition, and fuelling yourself properly to ensuring you're not going to end up with many health risks associated with lack of exercise and a poor diet. On another note, I've heard people say they find the gym a scary place - this is no excuse !! If you really want it exercise can be done absolutely anywhere, from outdoors to the comfort of you own living room!
In summary be prepared to start pushing yourself. Set goals, challenge yourself and stop making excuses. Work hard and you will get results.
