Food prep made simple. This took all of twenty minutes to cook and box up. Easy chilli con carne with rice. Too many people have unhealthy relationships with food, for me eating should be about properly fuelling your body with a sustainable diet.

How far can you push yourself ?

15 speed punches, sprint, 10 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 9 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 8 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 7 Burpees
15 speed punches, sprint, 6 Burpees...

Ect until you reach 0 Burpees!!

I'd also just like to write a little bit about weight loss and the gym. Recently I've began to notice... maybe thanks to social media and other outlets, that there is a perception that you can fast track weight loss and skip out on grafting hard at the gym and eating right by buying certain products. Nothing beats training hard and eating correctly, don't be afraid of getting sweaty and putting the effort in because this is how you get results. Don't be fooled by online claims, If it really worked everyone would have the body of a god without any graft. People need to stop making excuses and being too lazy to dedicate themselves to something. Fitness shouldn't be something you find scary and stressful, it should be what you enjoy. And if you really commit yourself it should be about your health, and well being; from getting the correct nutrition, and fuelling yourself properly to ensuring you're not going to end up with many health risks associated with lack of exercise and a poor diet. On another note, I've heard people say they find the gym a scary place - this is no excuse !! If you really want it exercise can be done absolutely anywhere, from outdoors to the comfort of you own living room!
In summary be prepared to start pushing yourself. Set goals, challenge yourself and stop making excuses. Work hard and you will get results.

Been super quiet on here recently, but I'll be posting again properly As of now 😺. I'm now officially set up personal training in Burnley as you can see from my uniform. There was a time where I'd hate to show off my legs ! Want to build tone and shape in your lower body?? Try this little lower body circuit either at home using body weight, or in a gym using weights such as a kettle bell or barbell if you're feeling brave 😈

1.squats 12
2.squat jumps 15
3.lunges 12 each leg
4.split squats 8 each leg

REPEAT 4 TIMES
FINISHER: 100 squat pulse challenge !! (For this one you just want to drop yourself in a squat position, and pulse till you reach 100! If you need a break try keep it as minimum as possible)

Try this out let me know what you think! You should really feel the lactic acid build up on the finisher 😰😰😰

So here's a transformation photo of my own ! Between these two pictures so much has changed not just body composition. Fitness has literally changed my life and I'd love to help anyone who feels they need a change! For me fitness has helped with my self confidence, my mental health, my general energy levels day to day and much more !! I hope this is an inspiration and shows that anyone can smash it if your willing to put in the work, if anyone is interested in pt or online plans both exercise or nutrition don't hesitate to message me ☺️☺️
