What’s the best way to hear about a treatment? From a patient who has experienced it!

Our lovely patient, Lewis, came to see Dr Nigel for an implant consultation where a treatment plan was confirmed to fill an existing gap. During his consultation, the patient explained he would also like a brighter smile overall. This meant that whilst he was undergoing his implant treatment he could do some home teeth whitening so his final implant crown would match his brighter smile.

This patient came to us with a gap that was in his smile line and a tooth needing restoration. After a thorough consultation with our implant dentist, Dr Nigel Hargreaves, we planned a tailored treatment:
🦷 1 dental implant to close the gap
🦷 1 crown to restore the damaged tooth

To ensure the patient didn't have a gap during healing, a temporary crown was placed on the implant. While completing his treatment, the patient also underwent home teeth whitening to brighten his smile, ensuring his new crowns would blend beautifully.

The result? A functional, natural-looking, and confident smile! 😁

In 2 weeks, our lovely nurse Jenna will be taking on a 214 (ish) mile trek with her family, the Dozy Wanderers, from Ingleborough, to Hull and finishing up to Scarborough. They are doing this to raise money for Yorkshire wildlife Trust in memory of her sister, and Dementia UK in memory of her auntie & uncle.
We are so proud of her and we will be cheering the Dozy Wanderers on every step of the way! We hope the weather stays dry for you all 🚶‍➡️🚶‍♀️‍➡️
