The Gateway Care Home

The Gateway Care Home Care Home We are a 92 bedded purpose built Residential care home situated on the outskirts of Bradford with easy access to public transport.

All our rooms are en-suite and can be customised with your own belongings if you wish to provide a home from home experience. we have our own Bar/Cafe on site , hairdressers and putting green in the rear gardens. there is a sensory garden to the front of the building. our residents have built there own greenhouse and grown vegetables from scratch with the support from staff and family members. we offer a wide range of activities both internal and external , all residents will have a package tailored to theirs needs, likes and wants. for more information please contact us were one of our team will be more than happy to help you .

We recently said goodbye to Anne, a friend to all and a “joiner” she loved “doing” would join in with absolutely anything and enjoy it 100% and was proof of the immeasurable benefits of activities within our amazing Gateway Care Home ably organised by Julie and Amina. Anne will be sadly missed by all. May she rest in peace back with her Kenneth xx

As always our amazing staff team have pulled it out of the hat to put on a fun enjoyable welcome for families and visitors to raise funds for MacMillan cancer support!!!
Their infectious spirit and the amazing baking from our kitchen team has raised £200 plus online donations for the vital work MacMillan undertake!!!

A date for your diary 30th September 2022 is this years Macmillan coffee morning.
We all sadly know someone who has had cancer and Macmillan support in lots of different ways.
Join us for a bun or slice of cake , a cuppa or a lovely lunch time snack and help raise money for their vital work!!!
I’ve put the QR code on if you’re unable to come but you’d like to donate!!!
We would love our families to participate by making it or faking it to bolster up our cake table!! (Not so subtle hint for Lemon drizzle cake which was yummy 😋 at our summer fayre)
There will be little games on the day including hunt Colin the caterpillar🤦‍♀️ and out staff will be able to join in with a non uniform shift!!!
