We know December can get hectic with shopping, social events, school plays, and all the festive prep πŸ—πŸŽβ€¦ but your body still needs movement to stay strong and pain-free.

Here are some quick tips to keep active (even when life gets busy!):

βœ… Schedule short workouts – 15–20 mins is enough to keep your body ticking over
βœ… Stretch while watching TV – your physio exercises don’t need a gym!
βœ… Go for a brisk walk – even just 10 minutes helps clear your head and get steps in
βœ… Try standing tasks – wrap presents or take phone calls on your feet
βœ… Set a timer – remind yourself to move if you’ve been sat for too long

✨ Little and often is the key, and your body will thank you come January!
