80 Years Since Hiroshima –

A Day to Remember - A Day to Pause & Reflect

Today marks 80 years since the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima — a dark and painful chapter in human history. On this day, we pause to reflect on the immense suffering and devastation caused by that single act of war.

It stands as a stark reminder of the destructive power mankind holds, and the responsibility we bear to choose peace over violence.

As one Survivor described it as "Man Made Hell". 3 days later a second atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki - Marking the end of world war 2.

As we look around at a world still gripped by conflict, division, and crisis, we can't help but ask: have we truly learned the lessons of the past?

Unfortunately its only a matter of time before history repeats itself.

Let us honour the memory of all those lost by striving for a more peaceful, compassionate world. Sending thoughts of peace and hope to every corner of our fragile planet.
