Our story

Inner Space is a relaxing haven, with lawns and trees, close to the city centre, the University of Bradford and Bradford College where meditation and personal development skills are taught. In this calm and peaceful atmosphere, it is somewhere to unwind and restore inner balance, when life gets just too busy and stressful. It is run by a team of local volunteers from the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK) . Brahma Kumaris is a charity which aims to enable individuals to use spiritual understanding and meditation to change their lives. We provide spiritual tools, free of charge, to help you reduce stress, find inner peace and boost self-esteem, through courses, workshops, talks and meditation. Our Quiet Room is a place to come for a bit of peace and quiet during your busy day.
