Southfield , its staff and the provider is totally committed to providing a safe and caring service to all its residents.

Firstly K. Pickering was employed at the care home after obtaining a DBS for her.

Secondly, as soon it was discovered that K P had stolen the jewelry belonging to Mrs EB she was immediately suspended and subsequently dismissed. She never returned to the home after her suspension.

Thirdly as soon as it was discovered that K P had stolen the jewelry the police was immediately called in. The staff and provider fully cooperated with the police during their investigation.

In the care homes 28 year existence this is the first such case. The family of Mrs EB were fully supported during this sad and despicable incident.

After enjoying some delicious Halloween-themed food, residents sat down to watch some fascinating entertainment provided by staff who had dressed up for the occasion.
