🚗💥 Why You Should Always Carry a First Aid Kit in Your Car 💥🚗

Earlier today, my wife rang me — “My gears are gone!” she said.
Mmm… I thought — what do I have on me for a quick fix?
As a First Aid instructor (and proud of it!), I always carry a first aid kit — and guess what? It saved the day. ✅

Here’s why you should too:

1️⃣ Treat injuries on the go — from small cuts to bigger emergencies.
2️⃣ Jerry-rig your gear (literally!) — sometimes a bandage is all you need to get moving again.

Due to current events in the UK, increase in Knife crime and Terror incidents all work place First Aid courses have been updated to include the use of Tourniquets, haemostatic dressings and wound packing to increase the knowledge of dealing with a Catastrophic or life threatening bleeds. This is a move that should have happened earlier, with this training hopefully more lives can be saved after an incident happens.
