An Initiation into Shadow & Sacred Power

In the beginning, there was darkness. 🖤

It is from this place of void, of pure potential, that all light is born. But we have been taught to fear the dark—to run from it, to illuminate it, to conquer it.

Yet it is in the dark we meet Her

The face of the Dark Mother. The initiator. The bringer of storms. You may know her as Lilith—untamed and unapologetic. You may know her as Kali—destroyer of the ego, liberator of the soul.

She is the serpent goddess of Kundalini, coiled and waiting. And she is here to awaken you.

‘Those that are not willing to face their fear of the darkness within will not awaken to their greatest light.’

We are descending. Are you ready to meet her?

This retreat is a homecoming. It is a sacred container for those who hear the howl at the gate of the underworld and feel the pull to descend.

It is in the dark we meet Her. The face of the Dark Mother. She is the initiator, the one who guides us into the wound of the Great Mother to be broken open and remade.
We will explore the polarity splits within us all—the internalised war between Lilith and Eve. This is the split created by masculine conditioning that keeps us separate from our potent, primal feminine essence. It is the part of us that is ‘too much’ warring with the part that tries to be ‘just enough’. By healing this split, we unlock a transformative power that can reshape not only our own lives, but the world around us.

This is not a retreat for the faint of heart. It is for the woman who is ready to stop performing her femininity and start embodying her truth. It is for the woman who knows her darkness is not a curse, but her greatest grimoire

Are you feeling the Autumn vibes Guys!? It almost feels too soon to welcome in the darker mornings and evenings. I have thoroughly enjoyed the full bloom of Summer this year!! And always love the way we are constantly learning from the seasons. So as we begin to come back into the Yin time of the year, we are asked to embody more feminine like qualities such as slowing down and being more reflective. With a decrease in light we are taken further within ourselves. Spending more time curled up in front of the fire in candlelight. Our bodies crave rest and rejuvenation, a slower pace to live where we preserve our energy and re-charge after using so much during the summer months.

If you can feel your body calling for space to re-charge and come home to yourself, come along to this beautifully crafted day out of the craziness of life, to re-connect with what's true for you in this moment.

Wisdom always comes from sitting with ourselves and learning to listen to what is needed in mind, body and soul. Shedding the energetic layers as we move into a new cycle of growth and expansion.

☝Yoga Classes on Haworth main street☝

Blessed to have found such a lovely place spot to teach yoga after being so spoilt at St Pauls church. This cosy little get away is where we get together every Monday to shed the dead energy from the previous week and set our intentions for the coming week.

My classes are a mix of vinyasa, feminine flow and sometimes Yin. We work intuitively with whatever energies feel most alive for the ladies that come. Which will often be aligned with the astrological influences and stages of the moon.

The environment is friendly, open and kind.

We are basically women who are invested in our health and well-being and doing our best to navigate these crazy times. We focus on calming the nervous system, working with physical and mental blocks like peri-menopause and menopause and intentionally making space to come home to ourselves through the path of self love and compassion.

If you've been searching for community and a place to find your calm and re-balance come and join us!!

The next block starts 9th June. Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Why I love energy healing...✨

With so much external stimuli and stress, it's becoming normal for our nervous systems to be de-regulated. We rush around at a hundred miles an hour, leaving little time for relaxation and stillness.

✨ Summer Solstice Day Retreat ✨ Sunday 22nd June ✨

Of all the turn of the year events, this is definitely one of my fav's! Many of us crave the sunshine, after the long winters we have these days. It feels so good to open the curtains in the morning and be met by light. Our walks in nature are filled with colours with an array of flowers and plants bursting to life. Nature is flourishing and abundant, rich with energy and lifeforce.

This time of year is such a powerful time to get aligned to our true nature and where we can fully grow and deepen into our dreams. Celebrating the light is a tradition that runs deep into history, we are reminded after the long wintery months, that the light always returns.

Our Summer Solstice Day Retreat is an invitation for you to remember and reignite the ancient traditions of celebrating the midsummer magic of the summer solstice. By aligning ourselves with the earth's cycles we find our own natural rhythm and deepen the connection to ourselves, to nature and to our life.

It is our intention for you to experience a deeply nourishing, supportive and joyful day, held within the beautiful setting of Well House Yoga Space, a beautiful custom-built wellness space 7 miles from Harrogate and 16 miles from Skipton just off the A59 in a quiet location surrounded by amazing countryside.

Who is the medicine women ?

She holds deep women’s wisdom, the blood mysteries and midwifery. She honours the ancient tradition of women sitting in circle. She opens up the door to the unseen realms and helps us traverse the unseen, honouring the connection to her intuition. She helps us to feel into our bones and blood, to remember our esoteric gifts, unleashing our higher purpose and destiny. She releases fears, limitations and blocks, making the way for a deeper connection to spirit and our divine plan. She has the ability to take us to the very core of ourselves, to work with the shadows. She takes us beyond the veil.
Otherworldly, like the Crone and dark mother she has journeyed through all the cycles of her life, learnt her lessons, and faced her shadows.

She is now a wisdom keeper, and a teacher to others, she shares her experiences and expresses herself with peace, strength and sincerity. She is grounded and holds steady foundations for herself and the Earth. The elder within our communities, her eyes hold many stories and her body shows the signs of her fruitful existence.
