I add Reiki to all my hypnotherapy sessions, simply because it's amazing and they work so well together. I started Reiki as I thought it would be good for my siblings as we're all getting older.

I send distance Reiki only on a 1 to 1 basis, that's just how I do it. I also ask for a photo of the recipient. I believe that it works that way.

Reiki healing this week included anxiety, stress and whiplash with neck and shoulder pain. The whiplash was a seated treatment still 40 minutes and just as successful as the others. Now pain free.
