THIS WEEK || YOGA TO GROUND & RECONNECT WITH YOUR BREATH

After our little Winter break, this week we gently emerge from hibernation and take time to ground and recentre, in mind and body around the breath.
Grounding re-establishes our connection to the earth, helping us feel physically supported. It encourages us to slow down, to stop overthinking, and to just 'be'.
Finding stillness in poses, and focussing on the natural flow of your breath with gentle movement, can help calm a busy mind, whilst soothing the nervous system, reducing stress, increasing alertness, flexibility and boosting your immune system πŸ€πŸ™πŸ»

Ease yourself into 2026 by joining me online this Friday for Yoga Nidra, a peaceful and relaxing guided meditation, reducing stress, increasing focus, improving sleep and boosting the immune system.

It's said that a yoga nidra session can be like having up to 4 hours of sleep!

All you need is to be warm and comfy, use blankets, pillows, eye pillow if you wish. Dim your lights, candles can be used, play gentle music if that suits.

I guide you into settling and grounding, then work through a rapid full body scan, ending with a beautiful guided meditation.

*If the time doesn’t suit, a recording will be available *
