Ease yourself into 2026 by joining me online this Friday for Yoga Nidra, a peaceful and relaxing guided meditation, reducing stress, increasing focus, improving sleep and boosting the immune system.

It's said that a yoga nidra session can be like having up to 4 hours of sleep!

All you need is to be warm and comfy, use blankets, pillows, eye pillow if you wish. Dim your lights, candles can be used, play gentle music if that suits.

I guide you into settling and grounding, then work through a rapid full body scan, ending with a beautiful guided meditation.

THIS WEEK || YOGA TO REST & RESTORE

As we come to the end of the year, and a busy festive month, the importance of taking time to slow down, to release stress, to pause and reset, is crucial to maintain a sense of physical, mental and emotional balance.
Our yoga practice takes us to a place where we can disconnect for a short while, where we can 'be' in the present moment, we can rest the senses, and tune in to our breath, our awareness, our own inner being.
This week we will breathe into restorative yoga poses including very gentle twists, seated forward folds, and gently supported backbends. Bring your blankets for extra comfort and cosyness! 🤍🙏🏻

I am well and truly ready for my festive break, so here's your reminder that there are no sessions next week or the week after.

THIS WEEK || YOGA TO CALM THE MIND

For many, this time of year is a time for reflection, gratefulness and getting into the festive spirit. (And in my case eating too many mince pies!!) But for lots of us, this time can also be very busy and overwhelming, and we struggle to find time and space for ourselves.
Yoga is a great way to get out of your head and into your body. This week we take time to slow things down, to turn inwards and reflect, to just 'be'.
Focussing on the breath can be the easiest way to de-stress. Through this all round flow, we will explore different sensations in the body, and tune into the movement of the breath. By focusing on our breathing and releasing tension in our muscles and joints through the poses, we will promote a sense of all round calm 🤍🙏🏻
