βοΈ Through stillness and movement, take time to connect with your inner light, nurture it, and let it shine.
Yoga helps our inner light continue to shine brightly, or reignite it if it has faded a little. Using breathing techniques as well as heart opening poses and gentle sequences that will help to regulate and move prana (the subtle life force within us) around our body, we can tune into our own light and let it shine from within.
Heart opening not only benefits the physical structure of the chest where the heart is, but also our energetic and emotional capacity, such as love, compassion, acceptance and gratitude, increasing energy levels and reducing stress and anxiety βοΈ
