Potential Training

Potential Training Potential Training provides workshops and trainings to help become the best version of yourself by raising your vibration and frequency.

Potential Training is an international school founded by Dr Alweena Awan. This school provides training, experience, and guidance using different healing modalities to bring about profound healing for adults and children on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Dr Alweena Awan, a passionate advocate for health and therapeutic benefits, has dedicated her life to studying and practising holistic healing. Her journey culminated in a PhD titled 'Raising Children’s Learning and Performance in Schools ', where she pioneered the Child Centric Learning Effectiveness Cycle (CCLEC). This innovative approach, integrating sound therapy and movement programmes, has significantly raised physical literacy in children within a holistic model for their learning and performance improvement. This groundbreaking research led to the development of the Child Centre Method, a unique blend of science, Kinesiology, and energy medicine designed to address children's behavioural, learning, and emotional issues. Dr Awan's extensive experience is not just theoretical. She has successfully applied her knowledge in training, advising, and consulting on a wide range of kinesiology-rooted therapeutic activities that combine science and energy medicine. Her practical approach ensures that her clients see real, tangible results. Dr Awan’s early work, which was built upon her PhD research, has had a significant impact. She has developed and refined her SIMPLE Physical Literacy and the CHILD Centre Method programmes. These programs have proven to be highly effective in rehabilitating children’s primitive reflexes, improving their body confidence, and increasing their learning capacity and school performance. The success of these programs is a testament to the validity of her research, which is summarised in her book, ‘Raising Children’s Learning and Performance in Schools, ' published in 2010. She subsequently expanded her use of kinesiology to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and learning issues in adults and children, with a specific interest in overcoming neuro-developmental delay in children and trauma in adults through the integration of primitive reflexes. Dr Awan’s work combines traditional academic educational research with principles derived from a wide range of holistic practices and energy medicine. She is currently professionally active in teaching and training within the following four key therapeutic strands that she has either created as an original treatment modality (numbers 1-3) or adapted according to her practice principles (number 4).

1. Attuning to Full Potential – www.attuningtofullpotential.com

Training practitioners in her own kinesiology-based therapy that unlocks the body’s ability to heal itself.

2. The CHILD Centre Method – www.childcentremethod.com

Training therapists in a range of kinesiology modalities to work one-to-one with children to realign their primitive reflexes using SIMPLE principles she derived from kinesiology, energy medicine and movement. The CHILD Centre Method is accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

3. SIMPLE Physical Literacy – www.simplephysicalliteracy.com

Training teachers and parents to maximise children’s school readiness by integrating children’s retained primitive reflexes and improving physical literacy through a systematic movement program. Research has shown that this improves their confidence and increases their learning capacity and performance in school.

4. Ho’oponopono Harmonising – www.alweena.com

Teaching individuals to reduce stress and anxiety “by clearing and setting things right.”

A psychiatrist spent decades studying what happens in the brain during prayer and spiritual practices.

The goal was not to prove belief.
It was to understand the biology.

Brain imaging studies have shown that regular prayer and meditation are associated with changes in key brain regions. Areas linked to attention, emotional regulation, and self-awareness can become more active and, in some cases, show structural differences over time.

At the same time, activity in regions involved in fear and stress, such as the amygdala, may decrease during these practices. This aligns with findings that consistent prayer or meditation can help lower stress levels and improve emotional stability.

These effects are not limited to one belief system.

Similar brain patterns have been observed across different forms of focused attention, reflection, and spiritual practice.

The key mechanism appears to be repetition and emotional engagement. When the brain regularly enters a calm, focused state, it begins to strengthen the circuits that support that state.

Over time, this can influence how a person responds to stress, processes emotions, and maintains focus.

It is important to stay grounded in what the research actually shows.

These studies demonstrate measurable brain changes linked to repeated mental practices. They do not confirm specific spiritual interpretations.

What they do suggest is simple.

How you direct your attention consistently can shape how your brain functions over time.

This is the Harmonising Icon .
To be forgiveness

This is the race of spiritual beings. The Lemurian belief was to look inward to solve outward.

The Harmonising icon holds the essence of Ho'oponopono and all our possibilities and all our problems.

It is about erasing memories and data, which through the experiences we attract, can run our lives. This icon is about taking 100% responsibility for what occurs in your life (Ho'oponopono).

You are not here to fix the outside world…
You are here to clear what’s within 💫

Ho’oponopono teaches us:
Everything is a memory ready to be released

✨ Take responsibility
✨ Let go
✨ Return to peace

I am sorry
Forgive me
I love you
Thank you

💜 Peace of I

You don’t meet people by chance…
You meet them at the level of your wounds.

You are the point of attraction.

So don’t point outward.
Don’t blame. Don’t project.

Turn inward.

Heal what’s within you…
and watch everything around you begin to change.

✨ Espavo — thank you for taking you
