We recently took advantage of a quarterly trustee meeting for the team to get together with the trustees for one of Bradford's famous currys.

It was also great to welcome back our office manager, Victoria who is rapidly on the mend after a long term absence.

Did you know that mediation is cost free to people who qualify for legal aid?

Even if you do not qualify, if your mediation involves resolving issues involving your children, there is a £500 voucher available to offset your costs.

The Ministry of Justice has released some encouraging statistics connected to their Family Mediation Voucher Scheme. The scheme provides funding of up to £500, to help families navigate the complexities of separation, giving them the opportunity to settle issues around childcare and finances outside of court.

• To date, over 27,000 families have been supported through amicable separation by the vouchers scheme

• Two-thirds of families using mediation were spared court, saving time and money

• There has been a greater focus on young people’s voices as child-inclusive mediation rises

We are full participants in the voucher scheme and will always advocate for child inclusive mediation if the situation permits. Call or message us for more information.
