What to expect during my classes:

✨Completely baby led – we follow your baby’s lead and break off for cuddles, feeding, nursing and nappy changes when needed
✨A safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space for parents and caregivers (both parents are welcome to attend)
✨Informative, structured content, with weekly handouts to refer to at home
✨Learn a new skill at a steady pace
✨Socialise with parents
✨Take part in open floor discussions/ recommendations regarding parenthood

🩵💙 Father’s Day Special 14.06.25✨💫

Amazing session with our wonderful daddy’s and babies for our first beau-babies Father’s Day baby massage class.

Well done to all our dads who initially joined up and couldn’t make it - your interest was seen and appreciated.

To the dad’s who made it to our session and had to cut it short - your intention was visible, be proud of yourselves for showing up and making it to the class and enjoying a mini adventure.

To both dads pictured, thank you for bossing your first ever baby class - it was an honour to have you attend beau-babies and truly was beautiful to see you, hear you and be a part of the special moments you created!

Huge thanks to Jess and Kids Planet Clayton for helping bring this vision together and hosting our class.

“Gemma is an incredible instructor. The classes are so relaxing, and she values the parent just as much as the baby. You feel like you can say anything and it’s a no judgement zone! The massage instructions are clear, but also fully baby led and so you can really listen to baby if you need to stop for feeds/nappies/to discuss the latest sleep regression - Gemma builds all that in. The rooms are always so well set up and with things to engage baby as well as beautiful for the parents to look at (and get super cute photos). Would recommend to anyone, a great bonding experience with your baby, but also to feel like you are valued in yourself as well ❤️❤️”

Baby massage - Week 5 - Full Body Massage

Fifth and final week for last term’s beautiful bundle of babies and amazing mama’s…each of our babies had their own preferred massage routines, and least favourite areas they wanted massaging which is quite alright, we have to follow baby’s lead and only massage when and where they want massaging.

Full body massage consisted of:-

🦶🏼 Legs and Feet
(Relaxation, eases tension, improves circulation, increases flexibility and stimulates reflex points)

💩 Tummy
(Stimulates digestive system, alleviates trapped wind, helps prevent constipation)

🤚🏼 Chest Arms and Hands
(Relaxation, improves circulation, stimulates reflex points)

👶🏽 Head Face and Back
(Relaxation, stimulates sinuses, can help alleviate cold symptoms. Releases tension, increase circulation, helps improve posture)

We had plenty of smiles, lots of cooing and chatting, shuffles, attempted rolls and roly poly’s…such a pleasure watching such cute and clever babies hitting their developmental milestones each week…was lovely to have a few cuddles too!! 🥰

Well done for being A⭐️ students and genuinely lovely parents.
