🍂❄️CHILDREN SHOULDN’T PLAY OUTSIDE WHEN IT’S COLD, IT WILL MAKE THEM SICK❄️🍂
Sound familiar?
I used to hear this daily during my time of teaching in classroom settings.
But why is keeping children indoors, in warm, stuffy rooms with little ventilation the “safer” option?
I read a study very recently of children in Denmark who have spent the last several years learning & exploring outdoors everyday, all weathers.
And do you know what they found…?
That their immune systems were far better than those children who spent most of their days indoors, cooped up.
Yet I feel that this should be so obvious right…?
Our bodies were never meant to be sat all day at desks under artificial lighting… yet here we still are.
