Join Lorna for this well-rounded programme will provide you with a solid foundation to your asana practice which you’ll have your lifetime to build upon! We will spend time on classical sun salutations, standing poses (including balances), seated poses, twists, hip openers, back bends.
Yoga allows you to develop a connection with yourself and be able to listen in a way you may not have previously been able to. This can mean that you notice niggles before they become injuries, notice tiredness before it turns into exhaustion and find tightness in a muscle before it signals to the brain a severely stressful situation.
