❄️Help for homeless people during cold weather❄️

If you or someone you know is homeless please know - Bradford Council and partners run a Cold Weather service that gives emergency shelter to people sleeping rough when temperatures drop to freezing or below.

Referrals to the service are made in person by approaching the Day Shelter, 371 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 9NG in person during week days or Discovery House on weekends. On weekends and bank holidays, referrals can be made over the phone on 01274 309165.

✨ Jars of Light & Aspiration ✨

Using simple materials like tinsel and card, we created 'Jars of Light and Aspiration – each filled with uplifting quotes and messages of goodwill. These jars now brighten our space and spark conversations every time clients see them.

Small acts of creativity can lead to big moments of connection between teams and the people we support. If you make one at home, we'd love to see yours.

🤝 At The Bridge Project Bradford, people come first.

Our work is person-centred, built on trusted relationships. We don’t overcommit—we keep our promises. We listen, we respect, and we work together to find the right path forward.

This Christmas, we put our values into action. We shared a gentle, inclusive celebration with the people we support—a joyful Tambola game (thanks to donations from the public) and a festive buffet.

It was more than an event; it was a moment to acknowledge the season and the value of wrap-around support, creating space for connection, belonging and recovery. 🎄✨
