In Bowen Therapy training, we don’t just teach moves.

We teach observation.

Sensitivity.

Timing.

Pressure.

Tissue response.

Because effective Bowen isn’t about doing more.

It’s about learning how to feel subtle changes beneath your hands —
and understanding when to engage, when to pause, and when to do less.

That level of sensitivity is developed through practice, feedback, and hands-on learning.

Subtle work still requires skill.
