We are excited to return to our monthly sessions for Parents & Carers NEXT WEEK!
We have a couple of spaces left at the Hubs, where we will be joined by Mindfrontiers for a wellbeing session!

This is a video about how energy follows the mind, if we think badly of ourselves or others, it will be received, for example and argument with someone and something said in anger, then the other person has an accident and this leaves an immediate regret and guilt feeling.
Reflecting on this video, I notice that at the time I had not had a haircut and a shave, it was not my best look, but if i get upset about it now then I will share that with others energy following the mind, but i can ask what i can do differently next time

with all the programming we get through society, and as we are growing up there is a massive amount of information to process, so the brain simplifies it, some information is grouped together (generalized) some is changed (distorted) and some is removed (deleted). But to make changes that are more impactful then we can get down to specifics.
Anxiety for example, a person has a phobia of a bird, but before long as their are birds all over and soon the person develops a phobia of going into town. The phobia is now generalized, and will stop you doing what you want and need to do, but getting down to the specifics it could be that a bird was making a loud noise and ate food out of your mouth when you was a toddler and you got scared,
you can not change the past, but you can change how you feel about it, collaspe this at the source and that element of the anxiety of phobia has to change
This happens to be a genuine case that had to be dealt with
