My 3 weeks in Bali, Indonesia - so far- has been mainly a holiday and to meet family , but knowing the sacredness of the land, i knew it would be unavoidable not to be affected by the true spiritual outlook of the native Balinese people and their Hindu beliefs .

So friendly and polite, despite having little, giving so much love and respect. .
With the smell of D**a ( incense) everywhere you walk ( which I was happy didn’t affect me sensitivities at all) and the offerings scattered about shrines , outside homes and shops, any building in fact… making sure not to disrespect and tread on them as you wander through the streets, is sure to develop your genuine fondness of the island.

This photo below is of our 4 days we have just spent in East Bali , an area called Sidemen.

Here is rural Bali, the true Bali and is a stark contrast to Ubud ( central) of which I loved and Canggu the high vibe area ( south) .

I am pictured at our hotel at the foot of Mount Agung which is Indonesia largest active volcano. Agung means Great/ Mother .

The reason I chose this location to stay was the huge energy vortex that surrounds the whole island because of it radiating from Agung , to be so near , was incredibly powerful.
A number of earths magnetic energy lines ( ley lines) intersect here which gives it its energy 🌀

Standing still , I tuned into the energy around me and sent fellow Earth energy healing friend Elizabeth at Ray of light / love Cacao cups , healing energy and love through one of its major Ley lines 🌀 🙌🏼

Sending gratitude and love to all living beings on the planet I thanked the Universe 🙌🏼

Entering the 3rd week here , I am now rented with my son whom I haven’t seen for a whole year. Precious Family time 🥰

From mid June I will reopening the diary for private 1:1/ small group sessions including Shamanic energy balance, the heart opening Cacao ceremony and Shakti Kundalini Activations

Cleanse 💨

⭐️CLEANSE YOUR SPACE ⭐️
One of the tools I use to clear the energy out of a room, particularly before and after a 121 or gathering , is to burn Palo santo wood. I use it during my space clearing ‘cases’ also - before the dowsing and clearing stages. I use this as Palo Santo wards off detrimental energies and ‘negative’ spirits .

Palo santo comes from trees in the South American rainforests of Ecuador and Peru.
Its name means “holy wood”.

It has been used for thousands of years in healing and ceremony, and in clearing space.

It has a purifying effect when burned, and it has a citrus smell to it .

To clear space with palo santo, light one end of the stick until it begins to burn, blow it down to an ember, and guide the smoke around the areas of the room you wish to clear. Make sure you allow the palo santo to produce enough smoke to fill the air, and remember to guide the smoke into corners.

A good way to move through the space is to start at the front door and move clockwise around the room. Use a fire-safe bowl or container to rest the palo santo in and to extinguish the flame after you’ve finished.
I use an abalone shell.
After you’ve snuffed the flame, you can relight it next time you want to clear your space. 💨
