🌕✨ Today is Saka Dawa — the most sacred day in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar, marking the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Lord Buddha.

On this day, the power of karma is said to be multiplied 100 million times.

Let’s dedicate our thoughts, words, and actions to peace, compassion, and wisdom — for the benefit of all beings. 🕊️

Reflections on Compassion.
This afternoon at Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute in collaboration Samadhi Centre, Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal and I spent time together in quiet reflection and meaningful conversation as we continue to nurture our Dharma projects.

Rooted in compassion, our shared vision is slowly unfolding — one step, one offering at a time.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our next session on Saturday 21st June, both in-person and online (via Zoom).

May the seeds of compassion continue to grow, in our own hearts and in the world around us.
