Wishing our beautiful sassy daughter Sofia a happy 4th birthday 🎂🥳 She’s our little blessing in disguise, though she doesn’t even know it.

She’s had the most magical few days with a lovely birthday party surrounded by family and friends. As the celebration came to an end, a huge flock of seagulls danced above us. I’m know it was Florentina putting on that show and looking down and celebrating with us ✨

It’s so tough doing life without Florentina here. Marking these milestones while having to put on a brave face and smile through it isn’t easy. I will never understand any of it… and to think she was with us this time last year celebrating Sofia’s birthday, just blows my mind. We carry her in our hearts every single day, and her love is always with us. ❤️

🌟 A huge Thank you to the amazing Willow!

Over the past few months Willow has been incredibly busy creating beautiful bracelets, pens, necklaces and more. All in support of Florentina’s Footsteps Foundation. 💖

She sold her handmade items at school and among her friends and family, showing such dedication and kindness. Thanks to her amazing efforts Willow has raised an incredible £200! 👏✨

This money will go directly towards buying bravery toys for children in hospital, especially as a reward when they have cannulas put in. A small gesture that makes a big difference during tough times.

Thank you so much, Willow! For your creativity, compassion, and hard work. You’ve truly made a difference! 💕🎗️

🍕 Florentina’s Feast Friday’s 🍕

We’re thrilled to announce that our very first Feast Friday has been dropped at Broomfield hospital and it’s been successfully! A massive thank you to Domino’s Pizza for teaming up with us and helping make it happen.

This is just the beginning of a fantastic start to Florentina’s legacy and something that makes us incredibly proud. With the amazing army of supporters that have donated and fundraised we’re excited to keep this going every week and grow it into something truly special.

🦋National Bereaved Parents Day🦋

Today on National Bereaved Parents Day, we pause to honor and remember every parent who carries the weight of loss in their heart.

To the mothers and fathers who have lost a child. Whether it’s through miscarriage, stillbirth, illness, accident, or any unimaginable sorrow! Your grief is real, your love is eternal and your child is never forgotten.

We see you.
We remember with you.
We stand beside you in compassion and quiet reverence.

This evening at 6pm please join us by lighting a candle for all the beautiful children that remain forever in our hearts.

Thank you so much to Jackie, Anna , Carl and Chris on walking 89 miles along Hadrians wall. They have raised an incredible amount of £2084 through just giving and €1000 in Spain! Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported! 🩷🩵🦋

This money has been set aside ready to start Feast Friday Evenings in the hospital. Helping to feed parents and their children. Children like Florentina often couldn’t bear to be left alone. Therefore parents choose to stay by their side. Sometimes at the cost of their own basic needs. We know of parents going days without food, unable to afford a meal or unwilling to leave their child even for a moment. We hope by providing this meal once a week will bring the families together at meal times and give one less thing for parents to worry about.
