Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working with Frances as she trained for her amazing trek on the Annapurna Circuit in the Himalayas—18 days, 260 km, 10,873m of ascent, and a maximum altitude of 5,416m.

Frances’ dedication and determination in every session were inspiring. Together, we built the strength and endurance she needed to conquer this challenge, and her hard work truly paid off.
