❔🤔 When you come to see us for your injury we will chat to you about it first to help us work out what is going on, so it is helpful if you can come with answers to some of these questions that you may be asked:
▫️What aggravates and eases your pain/injury?
▫️When else does your pain come on? (e.g. morning, at night, during exercise, after exercise etc.)
▫️How would you describe your pain? (see an older post of mine to help you with this)
▫️Where is your pain? (this one may seem obvious, but sometimes it can be hard to pinpoint if it is not aggravated at the time of your appointment)
▫️If exercise aggravates your pain/injury, what intensity and type causes this?
