Did you know a deep tissue massage shouldn’t hurt? 😞
A lot of people think it has to be painful to work… but it doesn’t.

Deep tissue massage can feel strong, but it should never be too much. You should be able to relax, not tense up.

When it’s done properly, it helps to:
✨ Ease tight muscles
✨ Help you move better
✨ Leave you feeling relaxed

Your massage should always be comfortable for you 💆‍♀️
If it is causing discomfort don’t fret to tell me that it’s too much, and I will adjust to suit you and your needs

This isn’t the easiest message for me to write, especially as my mobile clients have been with me from the very beginning 🤍

However, with the rising cost of fuel (which I know we’re all feeling), I’ve had to review how I work.

Going forward, I’ll no longer be able to offer mobile appointments unless a travel fee is added:• Braintree & surrounding areas – £5• Outside of Braintree – £10 or charged per mileage

I’ll also be unable to offer discounted rates for multiple bookings at the same location, as this defeats the purpose of the travel cost.

As many of you know, I’ve created a beautiful treatment room that’s become a little sanctuary, and I would absolutely love to welcome you there instead 🤍

Of course, if coming to me isn’t possible, I’m more than happy to recommend a trusted mobile therapist that I personally use. (I’ll add them 👇 both very well educated and highly recommended by me🩶)
