My final week of recovery post op!

The perfect little catch up this afternoon with new Mumma and her gorgeous little Luca 🩵

Post birth catch ups with clients are always lovely but today's was just adorable, Luca is already 7 MONTHS, seeing his cheeky little character, adorbs little bottom teeth was so lovely, another plus, Olive was getting all the smiles which she was loving!🥰✨️ of course, the newborn cuddles are always lovely but isn't 7 months a lovely age!

Thank you Lucie-Anne for my 2 new mugs! Anyone who knows me knows I'm bit of a mug snob 😂 I LOVE a good mug! Thank you🌹🥰

Sooooo as of March, I'm back to teaching Hypnobirthing again ✨️💁🏼‍♀️

This week is about getting back into the swing of things on here, getting taster sessions booked in, and making up new welcome packs! 🤍

7 weeks off, 1 hysterectomy complete, 6 weeks of successful recovery &&& this single O***y Mumma is BACK! 🤰🏼

Its been a LONNGGG time, but now seems like a good time to plonk myself back on the grid!

Life lately in a handful of pictures 📸

🎉So Iast weekend I celebrated turning THIRTY FIVE!! 🫠

🐭 A few months back we rehomed 2 Guinea pigs from the RSPCA, they are the most gentle little guys! Meet Thistle & Nettle the latest addition to the HWC family!

🐎 Getting back into my horse riding is something I've wanted to do for a really long time but the last few months, I've been lucky enough to really start to get my teeth stuck back in!

🎆 My two little humans! Growing so so fast, to think when HWC began, I had a 1 & 3 yr old and now Olive is in her final year of Infants and Jenson is 8!!!! A saying I here a lot, 'The days are long but the years are short'🙏 soooo true!

🦙 When I'm not Mumming, Hypnobirthing or sleeping then you'll find me in my happy place, my down time, my therapy place 🤭....the farm! A lot of you know this but I'm a farm girl at heart! 👩🏼‍🌾

🏨 & of course, for a lot of you who have known me over the years....the Endometriosis journey is still ongoing! Hospital appointments are coming thick and fast recently with early 2026 looking promising for my full hysterectomy and bowel reconstruction.🤞🏻🩸 Forever grateful my body allowed me 2 pregnancies and births before absolutely kicking my ass with this horrible disease.

🏫 So in September, the first of the HWC babies started school!!! Craziness ❤️

🤰🏼👶🏻 HWC & Doula Life..... it's all going on, the babies just keep on coming!! No more babies due in 2025 buuttttt a handful of lovely clients are expecting their babies Feb/March 2026 🩷💙
Doula services currently on pause!

My 2026 diary is now open, please do get in contact!! Looking forward to supporting more lovely couples on their pregnancy journey to parenthood!!

For all of those darling babies who got their wings a lot sooner than anyone would ever wish for. The parents who have experienced loss.

Life can seem so unfair at times.

My incredible role as a Doula and Hypnobirthing instructor has really opened my eyes to just how many people experience really tough, emotional, and heartbreaking experiences on their journeys to parenthood. You're ALL beyond strong! Thank you for feeling comfortable enough with me to openly talk about your personal journeys that led you to needing my services ......you are all very special. 💜 ✨️🕯
