****Late cancellations****
Unfortunately I have had lots of late cancellations recently. I have to book the room in advance and this is leading me to be out of pocket. I hope you understand that this is my business and income, therefore I need to be on top on late cancellations charges. Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £10 cancellation fee.
Hope people can understand the reasons behind this 🫶👐
