X ALL NIGHT GONG PUJA XX

We have a few spaces left for next months Gong Puja May 6th/7th. Set in the beautiful Essex countryside in North End, Chelmsford.

Have you ever just wished you could lay in the gong space for longer...enjoying the sounds, vibrations and the dreaming. Well this is exaclty what you can do at an all night Gong Puja.
You bring air beds, duvets and PJs...and allow yourself to let go.

The Gong Puja is a meditation ceremony and exercise in consciousness and dreaming, listening to the uninterrupted sound of multiple gongs during 7.5 hours.

A puja performed is often experienced as a deeply healing and life affirming event. The sonic frequencies invoke physical, emotional and spiritual clearing, cleansing and revitalising effects within the participants.

A puja is a very individual experience, each person in the room will have an experience that is quite different. Trust that your experience will be right for you. It could be powerful, profound, joyful and deeply moving, it can be a life changing event.

When we come together for a gong bath we focus on breath. This visual demonstration of the space that we create is what we focus on in the session. I thought this might help some of you who struggle to “see” this with your imagination. The space is real we just have to use and appreciate it. Next available spaces are on 2nd December.
