We can't believe it has been a whole week since we had the honour of teaching every single student of Howbridge Junior School. What an amazing day that was. Having children come up saying they loved it, yoga is fun - so heartwarming! 🙏

🧘‍♀️ FREE After-School Yoga Club 🧘‍♂️

We’re excited to be delivering a free after-school yoga club at a local primary school in Braintree, funded by Active Essex.

As part of the programme, every child receives a wellbeing pack, including their own yoga mat and props, to support their practice and encourage movement and mindfulness beyond the sessions.
This project supports children’s physical activity, emotional wellbeing and confidence, at no cost to families 💛

A huge thank you to Active Essex for helping us make wellbeing accessible in our community.

What an absolutely fantastic first K-Pop Demon Hunters Halloween Yoga Party we all had 🎉

The children were amazing and lots of giggles were had by all 👻💃
