(And yes, we know some of you are perfect little all-rounders… but let’s be honest, plenty of people skip body parts more than they skip ads on YouTube 😏)

It’s not just habit — it’s biology!
Men are literally built for bigger upper bodies (think hunting, lifting, and dragging dinner home).
Women, on the other hand, are naturally blessed with stronger glutes and thighs — designed for carrying babies and, later in life, about 47 shopping bags from the car to the kitchen in one trip. 🛍️
