You may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter than usual on socials…

That’s because our lovely Shannon (the infinitely patient woman who keeps me and everything else organised) has been off getting married!

Huge congratulations to her and Robert, it was such a beautiful day, and I was so proud to debut the new company as part of it.

So yes, we’ve been a little quieter than normal… but don’t worry, I’ve got custody of Shannon again, so regular scheduling will resume!

Total Relaxation activate s your parasympathetic nervous system.
This slows your heart rate, muscles tension melts away and your body temperature lowers.

You can start to fell quite chilly.
(any one else having hot flushes atm and thinks this sounds blissful? 😂)
so we recommend lots of layers and anything cosy ready to go full cocoon.
Just remember, there is no such thing as too many blankets!
