Struggling with the heat today, I love that we are recognising and identifying more individual issues that make up a person and I look forward to the day when the complicated little bit of us that determines so many characteristics and behaviour patterns,even feelings starts getting analysed and maybe labelled in groups... My is Really Really good at keeping me warm in winter and cold water but Terrible at cooling me down ! 🔥🐺

In answer to a few general queries I have been a PT nearly 23 years, I have clients for slimming, muscle building, climbing, running and swim training. I like to use kettle bells,free weights,boxing pads and gloves, have a small studio and separate free weights room but also use gyms for more kit. What I enjoy Most about training is tailoring it to the individual, this will be finding out what your goals are,creating an appropriate routine or two, trying it out and progressing or regressing individual exercises to suit your ability and then keeping the ones you enjoy the most. If you can get 30-45 mins done every other day you Will get results. I try to get an hour of cardio,hour of weights in every day and a few fun, beneficial activities a week like yoga, climbing and Zumba.

I’ve been Personal Training since 2000,my Health and Fitness Partner and I will help you achieve your goals and change your life

We work with all ages and abilities. Including Injury Rehab, Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Sports specific fitness training and OCR training (at Great Notley Park)

Among our Qualifications we have Personal Training Level 3, Advanced Hatton Boxing for fitness, Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, Climbing Wall Instructor, Kettlebells and Fascia awareness. My fitness partner teaches body Pump, Body Balance core training, group cycling and Zumba fitness classes and personal train for injury rehab and sports performance at an osteopath health clinic.

Our facilities include a Studio with Fully Mirrored walls, Wooden Floor and Balance bar.

Free weights room with Squat rack and over 160 Kg of plates and Industry standard Incline to Decline bench. Kettlebells from 2 Kg to 20 Kg.
