💬 A little personal note from me…
It’s coming up to a really busy time for me, but I do need to gently remind everyone about my cancellation policy.
✨ Please remember: 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes your appointment.
I do have a waiting list, and if I’m given that time it’s highly likely I can get someone else in your space. But with less notice than that, it becomes very difficult to fill the slot.
I’m gutted that this past week I’ve had two no-shows, including one mobile client where I travelled all the way to their home, only to be cancelled at the door. As you can imagine, this is heart breaking for me and also leaves me out of pocket.
Going forward, this leaves me with no other option but that if you chose to cancel, fail to turn up or if I turn up to you and you cancel on the door step, sadly, I WILL have no other option but to charge you the full amount of the appointment. This is not something I like doing, but I hope you understand I have to be fair to my time and business.
💗 I love what I do, it’s truly my passion, but at the end of the day, it is still a business. I always try to be fair and equal to everyone, and all I ask in return is respect for my time.
I don’t want to move to taking full payment upfront for everyone, but if no-shows continue, I may have no choice. To put it into perspective: imagine turning up to your own job one day, only to be told you weren’t needed—and you wouldn’t be paid. That’s what it feels like for me.
REMEMBER when you make your booking you will get a conformation notification. Please read through the details carefully and take time out to read the terms and conditions. If anything is wrong, contact me. And when you get your reminders if something has changed, again, just message me, we can sort it 💕
